We are an ex-Army doctor couple. Worked in various national and internal organizations. We were teaching in some medical colleges. But somehow during these years our passion for cooking grew consistently, and stage reached when we decided to take a plunge into the business of culinary art. And, here are we!

- Our preparations are always made to order, so there is no prepared food from the previous day
2. We try to use only FSSAI approved ingredients in our preparations
3. We DO NOT use any food preservatives
4. We DO NOT use microwave and non-stick cooking utensils because of their known harmful effects
5. We DO NOT prepare any gravy in bulk
6. We DO NOT use oil that is reheated more than twice
7. We DO NOT use artificial taste makers
8. We use only food grade material for food packaging,
